To update the hardware dongle please follow these simple instructions:
1) Plug the key [ex) 00276-01-06] to the computer.
2) Close all open instances of ECOSIMPRO
3) Extract the content of the file Secure_Update_Utility.zip (downloadable from https://cloud.empre.es/index.php/s/WPM8q2xx6w6zQ3Z ).
4) Run the program SecureUpdateUtility.exe
5) Click “Generate Request Code” and send EAI via e-mail the generated request file named as [ex) 00276-01-06.req].
6) EAI will send you an update file named [ex) 00276-01-06.upw]. Open the file with the Secure Update Utility
7) With the key plugged into your PC click “Activate Application”
8) A message saying “Success!” or a similar message should appear.
9) The key is updated.
10) Unplug the key and plug it again.
11) Check that ECOSIMPRO runs properly after the update.
